If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, return it to THABISA in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The only exclusions under this money back guarantee are the original shipping costs. In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged,
email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order
with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and
a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.

THABISA is committed to providing the best customer service to its customers. THABISA will endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.

As with most products (especially textile) globally, Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to  understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension, colour delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

Claims arising out of incorrect washing of products cannot be entertained. Please follow the wash care instructions found on the wash care labels on all products.

Thabisa’s liability will be limited to only the cost of the product purchased in case of any claim on product quality/defective product.

THABISA is a unique brand offering a curated, limited set of merchandise. It will offer a limited set of designs at any given time and availability of any given product, colour within a design is subject to the seasonality and demand for that product. When at item is unavailable, THABISA will either remove the item from the website
or make an indication of it’s availability on the website. If a product is listed erroneously as available when it is not available, THABISA will cancel and/or refund the orders (if credit card is billed) if an order is placed.

All disputes are subject to courts of Bangalore Jurisdiction only. Bangalore is located in the State of Karnataka, India.
